all along, always, all the time

这三个词语都有“始终，一直”的意思，都可表示过去已经存在或者发生的事。它们的区别是：

get along, go along, push along, run along, toddle along

作“离开，溜走”解时，这五个短语多用于口语。它们的区别是：
get along表示一般性的“离开”；go along作此解时用于祈使句，表示因不耐烦而要求对方“离开”，其后带with you；push along多用于暂时告别的场合，表示“离开”不久又会见面；run along 多用于长辈对孩子讲话的场合；toddle along尤指与朋友见面后分手。
